Request withdrawal of your money - the suspension nightmare will descend up on you

The more you will read the reviews of the users about freelancer.com, it will become clear that the term "verification" tickles into the head of the operators at freelancer.com when users submit a withdrawal request. They want you to bring money to their site. No verification will be asked. The will take money from you for depositing the money, posting a project, accepting a project... without any verification. But when you will submit withdrawal request for the deposited money or earned money, soon your account will be suspended.
A victim user writes down the critical questions about the so called verification process. Alongside describing a vividly his sufferings caused by freelancer.com in the name of verification the user asked -

• Why don't they check all user's identity before the projects are even posted instead of when the project is quite advanced and there is money in the system?
• Why do they get so picky about identity when in their terms and conditions at point 8.3 they say they don't verify user's identities?

Then I got an email saying "we have reversed all the payments to your employer". Ok I thought! Now it's solved! I asked the employer if the money was in his paypal account already. He sent me a screenshot of his paypal balance showing that there was no money on it.
I asked them, "When will the money be on his paypal balance?"
They replied that they were sorry but that they couldn't process the refund, that they still required that the employer's account be re activated.
